The graduation check-list for Drill is nearly done, but it has the following question:
Are the decision-making guidelines published and agreed to by all of the > committers? I think that the group has a lot of unanimity on how decisions are made, but I don't think that the process is documented. Can somebody please look at some comparable top-level projects and propose some decision making bylaws for Drill? Getting this done is pretty much on the critical path for graduation.
