Initial patch for Avro reader

Hi all,

I’d like to submit a rough draft of an Avro reader, but not sure what version 
of the code to patch against. I thought 0.6.0 was out, but I don’t see it on 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-drill. 

Is 0.5.0 still the latest?
