The document should have had that sentence removed so that there's no
difference between merge scenario and normal commit scenario. I fixed it
now.

I assume everyone else voted based on the assumption that this was removed,
as it was discussed on the list, so I won't restart the vote unless someone
really wants to. Anyone can, of course, change their vote prior to the vote
closing.
