Hi Julian, I have been developing a Pig Latin parser for Drill as of now to generate a drill logical plan from pig logical plan - and now we are thinking of implementing the same at Calcite's end so as to utilize the optimizations at plan generation time. You mentioned that you already have plans for this.
I would like to study it and see if I can be of any help. I would need lot of info about implementation of Pig parser at Calcite's end. Any links/tips would be very appreciated. Thanks
