I've updated the webrev. The main differences from what has already been reviewed are:
1) Removed the %I% from the modinfo output. (I.e. no SCCS keyword/version information.) Pointed out by Jim Carlson. 2) Added a clarifying comment in dnet.c at line 886, describing that dnetp->suspended is protected by both txlock and intrlock. 3) Removed useless wantsched variable in DDI_SUSPEND path. Pointed out by Milan Jurik. (And subsequently found by lint.) 4) Made io_reg a caddr_t (and some supporting changes), pointed out by Masa Murayama.
