Yes, actually in this regard, their team should have posted something on 
opensolaris.org to let the community know where they're at.

We have been trying that with much hostility.

Ok, then I'll expect the mfi to have full testing and support across all 
platforms we support, like all other drivers. This means it needs to be 
tested on i386, amd64, and sparc.
