This is kinda of what I suspected. Many of the functions and/or tools which tie into wx (the wrapper of many) seem to be based around diffs of the parent and/or children. Mercurial has a similar notion of being able to parent/clone/merge, so I have read, but I have not used it too much other than to clone the nightly from OpenSolaris. As you might guess, this is quite a difficult job to try and move all of the infrastructure outside the Sun Firewall, and I don't honor the likes of Stephen Hahn's job. Hopefully we won't loose him to a mental hospital. Good news is that Sun's Santa Clara campus was built on a historical site that did in fact used to be a mental hospital, so maybe that will suffice...<g> I guess it still is, in some regards. -- Alan DuBoff - Solaris x86 IHV/OEM Group _______________________________________________ driver-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/driver-discuss
