Gday Som, what you're in need of is what's known as an ITU - Install Time Update. This is also known as a DU - Driver Update. You need to get your package and installation scripts into ITU format, and at the moment you need to pull down the SUNWpkgd package from sun.com: http://developers.sun.com/solaris/driverdev/downloads/index.html Caveat - this will create _either_ a 32bit _or_ a 64bit package for you. Once you've got the ITU or DU created, you transfer it to your usb stick (tar generally works fine here), and when you boot your system you choose the option to add an Install Time Update (or Driver Update).
