no 'ich' driver?

No, but the audio810 driver supports the exact same hardware as 4Front's ich driver.

All,

I've posted the webrev for project Boomer (aka PSARC 2008/318), merged
against onnv 109. Its available here:

  http://cr.opensolaris.org/~gdamore/boomer/

This is the very latest snapshot of our code base. As you can tell, the
diffs are rather large. However, to be completely fair, around 40% of the
new lines added are in the form of a single header file containing some
42792 lines. (The header contains the binary data for our test audio
sample.)

Additionally, many of the lines represent changes because we've moved source
code files from directories named "sada/drv" to simply "drv". ("sada" no
longer makes sense in the context of Boomer.)

I expect to be posting test binaries generated from these bits within the
next day or so. (I want to get some more test coverage done internally.)
 Stay tuned.

Oh, btw, the above diffs do *not* include our changes to the OSSv4 gstreamer
plugin or gnome-volume-control application. Those are being worked with the
GStreamer community separately.

Thanks.
