Ok, Garrett. Then let me join the fun. First I must get snv112 installed on that box (with modifications, to bypass the UltraSPARC I warning message / boot- and install- blocker / furthermore I must either install that box as a diskless client, again, or - alternatively - find some old scsi disk that I can attach. No I take my 2009.06 LiveCD prototype. But I need next weekend for it ... I am interested in the entire hme/qfe on x86 question, too (and of course on SPARC, as I still work on SPARC frequently). One or two years ago I also compiled it on x86 (see opensolaris-discuss archives). But then nobody appeared to be interested, neither on- nor off-list. Furthermore I lack your expertise with NIC drivers. So I stopped messing with it. I am glad to see you (and in the past Menno) are hitting the nail on its head now. %martin _______________________________________________ driver-discuss mailing list driver-discuss@opensolaris.org http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/driver-discuss
