Hi, Somnath
Please download the latest NICDRV from http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+device_drivers/nicdrvtest The test is changed to create "temporary" aggregation link in the new version.

Thanks,
Robin

If you explain what failed in/during test (Did the test 00 report
failure or it just didn't complete) before reboot, that helps in
understanding the issue.

Did you run any link aggregation related test before starting test00? In
that case, the aggr1 can be due to the previous test(s). For some tests,
you can create temporary aggregate (there is an option to do it thorugh
dladm).

Hi All,
I was running NIC DRV Test 00 ( it had passed once), i had made a
couple of changes in the driver and was doing a sanity test of all the
test cases in the suite all over again, and this time it seemed to
fail.I did a reboot and for some reason everytime i do a reboot and my
driver's xxx_start() is called or around that time i get the following
msg

Nov 1 14:27:48 S150 mac: [ID 469746 kern.info] NOTICE: aggr1

The 'aggr1 registered' line above is something i have not encountered
before and i think this is what might be causing the problem? Looks
like some aggregration/trunking was attempted and the OS is trying to
recreate it upon reboot? Is there some way i can undo this change? I
tried deleting the driver /usr/kernel/drv/amd64 and re-loading the
driver manually ,still no avail

Thanks
Som
