Hi Arnaud, I haven't come across this issue before in our bug database, so I've logged
6915577 "arcmsr duplicate scsi_hba_pkt_comp" results in hang for it and included you on the interest list. It should show up on bugs.opensolaris.org tomorrow. Could you please send me the following information directly: fmdump fmadm faulty (if any events are listed in fmdump output, the results of fmdump -v -u <uuid>, too) prtconf -v zpool status -xv /var/adm/messages from just before until just after the problem. Hi Garret, Thanks for your help. What do you mean by "unbundled driver" ? It's integrated in Opensolaris.

As a side note, since I've read about it in some other forums, I can't see the disk drives in cfgadm, I can only see the controllers.
That's correct behaviour
Does this mean the driver's not well integrated with the system and/or that it does support hotplug ?
We don't have a cfgadm plugin for arcmsr(7d), sorry. Just not enough cycles to follow through :( As a result, the driver doesn't support hotplug. This is something that is on our whiteboard, but hasn't made it to a roadmap yet, sorry. cheers, James C.
