Most of the above will not be very useful for initial evaluation, as
it will be information overload (though some _might_ be needed should
a driver issue be identified).

The first thing, is the 'prtconf -D', as it will report the attached
drivers, and maybe some will be identified as not supporting s/r
(note, that if 'vgatext' appears, then s/r will not be supported on
your machine, and there is little that can be done in the near term).

The second would be any information in /var/adm/messages between
"system is being suspended" and "system has been resumed" (may not be
exact text as this is coming off the top of my head). Any that
describe busy or unsupported drivers or errors/warnings with srn are
good suspects. Also note that "_PRW" warnings can and should be
ignored, as they note a common scenario, and not actual problems
(this message will go away in the next significant update).

If these are not providing anything useful, or you never see the
"system has been resumed" message, that implies a problem within the
kernel, and this is a bit more tricky to work out. If you have a
serial port on this machine (I know, these are increasingly more
difficult to find on laptops, but I will mention it), then you can set
some kernel variables to provide debug output to the serial port.
This should at least identify where in the process it is getting lost.

So start with these, and we can see where to go from there.
