No idea.  The hardware is very old, so I doubt
Adaptec / Oracle / Sun is interested in adding
support for 64-bit...

You do not need a 2nd boot environment for
that.  Edit the GRUB menu entry (interactive,
when inside GRUB; or edit the file
/rpool/boot/grub/menu.lst)
and remove the "$ISADIR/" substring from 
the kernel$ and module$ lines.
This forces booting the 32-bit kernel on
64-bit hardware.
