Fix all occurences of the following checkpatch errors in ks_hostif.c:
  - ERROR: space prohibited after that '&' (ctx:WxW)
  - ERROR: space prohibited after that open parenthesis '('
  - ERROR: space prohibited before that close parenthesis ')'
