Rename the member variable ASCap, as it causes a checkpatch issue
with CamelCase naming. The member has been renamed to
'not_used_as_cap', since it is not actually used in code, apart from
initialisation, which has been removed.

This is a coding style change which should have no impact on runtime
code execution.
