1475.1.4: Padraig O'Sullivan 2010-04-16 Used shared_ptr for the pointer
returned from the factory method since we can use boost now...yay
1475.1.3: Padraig O'Sullivan 2010-04-16 Integrated the AccessMethodFactory
class into the code base. We have now abstracted out the concept of an access
method.
1475.1.2: Padraig O'Sullivan 2010-04-16 Fixed various compiler errors in
access method classes due to forgetting includes.

implementations to abstract out the concept of an access method. Also added a
