I know the response is going to be "well, it IS open source and you can now build out of tree, so have fun!" but I thought I would check to see if anyone was working on a SphinxSE plugin? I haven't done C++ programming since college so I don't think I'm a good fit for it :) But it is holding me back from using Drizzle for some non-crtiical applications as they use Sphinx for searching.
I heard one was being developed which had some pretty hefty features but for now just having SphinxSE hooked into Drizzle would be awesome! Thoughts?
