Monty has mentioned this in the past, but I thought I would bring this again as its a very nice feature with launchpad and bzr.
As you are fixing bugs you can register and push a merge request to Launchpad by creating a bug-branch link. Its a simple as % bzr commit --fixes lp:<bug number> This will then link the bug report to the branch you are proposing to merge.
