Hi guys,
We have a bit of a discussion going on about the current and future
implementation of leap seconds in the following bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/597778
I know it is not a fantastically interesting subject, but the 'correct'
implementation of them is always hard to define. So, please let me know
your thoughts on the suggestions given so far.
