Been following Drizzle since inception, or atleast shortly after the announcement was made. Was curious if the maintainers believe people should be able to use Drizzle for a production launch in Summer 2011? If so, are any of the maintainers available for consulting?
Although I and others on my team have some experience with deploying MySQL, we feel Drizzle is already quite different. The architecture of Drizzle introduces many possibilities, which begs the question as to which plugins/modules should we use and what is the best configuration for sharding, replication and redundancy in a multi-colo environment. Having someone who deeply understands Drizzle to help us make design decisions for our system will help us achieve some of our goals. Much Thanks, Chris
