I havn't updated the replication applier since last summer or the storage engine (http://wiki.drizzle.org/CassandraEngine) since about that time too. Anybody who is interested in taking it over is more than welcome to as I likely won't have much time in the coming months.
Cassandra 0.7 has been released since then and has lots of new features such as secondary indexes and the ability to create/drop keyspaces and column families online. I have updated the C++ client libcassandra (https://github.com/posulliv/libcassandra) to take advantage of these new features. Anybody interested in performing drizzle/cassandra integration should definitely work with the 0.7 release. -Padraig On Sat, Feb 26, 2011 at 4:51 AM, Andrew Hutchings <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi guys, > > I have been asked by a team at Rackspace about our crossovers with > Cassandra.
