The gearman plugins (udf/logging) are not currently packaged in the RPMs along with a few others for likely one of two reasons: a) Missing dependencies in Fedora/EPEL b) Doesn't build for some reason The gearmand package is in Fedora (which provides libgearman), however it was not previously in EPEL 5/6. I've join the maintainers of gearmand, and have pushed packages to EPEL now, so gearmand should be available within two weeks. If you are interested in helping iron out the RPMs you're more than welcome to grab the SRPM and troubleshoot with: $ rpmbuild -ba /path/to/drizzle7.spec --with gearman_udf --with logging_gearman Let me know if I can help further.
