Yes, sorry I had forgotten about that. This is a known problem in RC2 with the bug you mentioned below.

Yes, agreed, we need to document that plugin ASAP.

This was fixed in trunk yesterday, so the fix will be in the GA binaries (scheduled for week commencing 14th March) but unfortunately not the RC2 ones. I can't think of a workaround straight away off the top of my head but will try and think of something and get back to you.
