For example  when trying to run  the install for  InspireCMS it acts like it 
hangs during the SQL install.

This is really caused due to :  "You have an error in your SQL syntax; check 
the manual that corresponds to your Drizzle server version for the right syntax 
to use near 'CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci' at line 1"
Obviously these aren't supported in drizzle but should those keyword not be 
mapped to warnings, unless some sort of strict mode is enabled.
