All of this happened a few months ago. In the end we moved it to Launchpad because we needed a working release before the Drizzle GA. I don't have time to work on it until late April / early May now anyway but if anyone wants to migrate the Launchpad stuff to PECL, feel free. We will need it somewhere solid soon (whether it be Launchpad or PECL) because it is likely there will be some GSoC related work on it.
