By default drizzled listens on 127.0.0.1:

tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:3306          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      
1242/drizzled   
tcp        0      0 127.0.0.1:4427          0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      
1242/drizzled   

You'll want to add this to a file somewhere under /etc/drizzle/conf.d/*.cnf

drizzle-protocol.bind-address=0.0.0.0

and, if you also use the mysql protocol:

mysql-protocol.bind-address=0.0.0.0
