I added Daniel to the ones he has volunteered for. I didn't yet add my name anywhere but will certainly do so later. I added "downloading and installing" as a separate category, I don't know if you intended to include that but if yes, just add your name there. I didn't list "Plugins". While the work you've done to get some elementary documentation in place for plugins (so that they exist at all) is valuable, I don't think it's the same kind of work we are talking about in this blueprint. Unless of course you intend to exhaustively document all plugins, in which case you're making a really huge commitment! I think it would be nice to add a few more features that are new to 7.1. The question is, what are those? If someone could list those first, we could pick one or two. Something related to a specific use case or some specific architecture could be good, for instance Rabbitmq or Gearman integration.
