Just as easy, probably. Probably not much different than how we do it now. Of 
note, however, is that the drizzledump docs 
(http://docs.drizzle.org/clients/drizzledump.html) don't mention --tab as an 
option nor was I able to find mention of CSV output. That might be something to 
consider?
