drizzle/drizzled/drizzled --help | grep daemon
-d [ --daemon ] Run as a daemon.
-u [ --user ] arg Run drizzled daemon as user.
-r [ --chroot ] arg Chroot drizzled
daemon
Perhaps those options will help. You should be able to pass this and
have the lt-drizzled process just run as a daemon.

You are not running as root so drizzled is unable to change to that directory.

Unless you really want to use http based authentication source,
uninstall auth_http.

gives exactly the same problem.
What do I do to specify a localhost url login? Is this the problem?
