Ah, to be more precise mysql_password_hash.cc also existed in libdrizzle-1.0/ and is now moved to libdrizzle/ as part of https://code.launchpad.net/~brianaker/drizzle/libdrizzle-breakout
However, the rule to make drizzle_password_hash binary part of make install was under libdrizzle-2.0 so it doesn't happen anymore. I assume I can just fix this by creating the binary from libdrizzle/mysql_password_hash.cc instead then. Sorry for the trouble.
