It's not like I strongly disagree, but can you give some rationale why
you feel that?

>From my point of view we should have .rst documentation for those that
hack on Drizzle. It could be a chapter in the current docs (easier) or
a separate book. "Most" such documentation should go there so that it
is in one place, and especially if:
 - that documentation is likely to be updated by people who use bzr
and build drizzle anyway
 - it's fairly stable

For the wiki I would leave stuff that:
 - written by people who don't necessarily ever want to run make docs
or make test (marketing, web design...)
 - work in progress or often updated notes, (meeting notes, etc...)

Feel free to suggest better divisions though. But it seems to me it is
achievable to have essentially all of dev related documentation in
.rst and hence in one place, and that sounds like a good idea to me.
