It's not like I strongly disagree, but can you give some rationale why you feel that?

"Most" such documentation should go there so that it is in one place, and especially if: - that documentation is likely to be updated by people who use bzr and build drizzle anyway - it's fairly stable For the wiki I would leave stuff that: - written by people who don't necessarily ever want to run make docs or make test (marketing, web design...) - work in progress or often updated notes, (meeting notes, etc...) Feel free to suggest better divisions though.
