It seems neither trunk nor any other drizzle branch actually contains the tag 2012.01.30 that you would have made to succeed in releasing a tar ball of that version. Could you please push your branch to trunk asap before anyone else merges anything? If you can't push to trunk (I know I can't) then please just push a private branch that we can work on top.
