It seems you have installed 20120130 into ~/builds/drizzle but
previously also installed 20111129 into /usr/local/lib/drizzle7 and
now your drizzle installation in your home directory is also picking
up plugins from the /usr/local install.

I assume you can just delete the install from /usr/local/*/drizzle*
and it will be fine.

The interesting question is whether this is a bug or not. I suppose it
depends on what you did for ./configure when building the latter
Drizzle. Perhaps you should just delete the drizzle related files
under /usr/local and try again.
