Clint, all Ok, so disregarding the shutdown bug I've now completed building debs from the latest source release. (And there was much rejoicing...)
Since that is what my laptop has, I ended up with 32-bit Oneiric debs and threw them up to the usual place: https://launchpad.net/pkg-drizzle/trunk/2012.01.30 The question is, what happens now? Can you just take my debian.tar.gz file and spin this through launchpad and end up with PPAs for everyone? Including Debian? Or should I start looking into spinning up VMs of each kind tomorrow? Please let me know. The sources of my work are in debian.tar.gz. There is no bzr repo yet, because I didn't work out of one either. I'll work on putting this into main Drizzle repo next, like I previously did for rpm. Also, if someone wants to try them out (and you're still on 32-bit...), I'm of course interested in feedback. I'm holding back on any announcements until we have more architectures done (and maybe even a repository instead of a tarball). henrik -- [email protected] +358-40-8211286 skype: henrik.ingo irc: hingo www.openlife.cc My LinkedIn profile: http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=9522559 _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~drizzle-discuss Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~drizzle-discuss More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
