ive been thinking about proposing a project for the JDBC driver basic idea is to parse SELECT-queries client side and make them use the handler socket interface (i know drizzle doesnt support that yet, but someone could hack that up right? :) )
it could execute the query for "real" first to get metadata, column types, primary key etc and then execute queries against a handlersocket thoughts? has anyone tried something similar before? /Marcus On Mon, Feb 6, 2012 at 9:23 PM, Muhammad Umair <[email protected]> wrote: > > Hi, > > Congrats to Drizzle team for the announcement of Google Summer of Code > 2012. > > What projects will involve this year?
