Dave and I have been discussing certain slave plugin options, namely:
applier-thread-sleep
io-thread-sleep
seconds-between-reconnects
Currently, these options are global: they apply to all masters. The question
is: should they be:
1) global
2) local (per-master)
3) both: local value overrides global value
I think 3 since that's the most flexible/powerful for the user.
