Somewhere in the migration of things the unit test for NoRobots has been lost:
https://osjava.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/norbert/src/test/org/osjava/norbert/NoRobotClientTest.java
Need to bring that and the relevant data/ directory over - moving the data into
src/test/resources.
