It would be handy to be able to abort a task. I imagine it being used in
conjunction with a WorkMonitor. A dev could perform a test in beforeExecute and
abort running the task if something is found. I would like to abort downloading
and processing pdf's, doc's and similar type files if they haven't changed
since the last crawl. I'll try to work up a patch over the next week.
