Next steps

We have a report due on Wednesday, so we need to document our next 
steps. It has been suggested to approach Commons about graduating there. 
So I'll at least begin that dialog tonight (US time), figuring out what 
those steps would be, if we so decided to go that route.

It's still activity and community size holding us up from graduating 
into a TLP.
