Hey guys,
I'm really interested helping you with the work to graduate.
So what are the next steps and what can I do as a developer?
Thanks,
Tobias

John,
I'm guessing the PMC would be 4 or 5 people, so rather small. However,
a PMC only needs three people technically, so we would have that. We
probably should start doing the work to graduate.

Richard,
So what's stopping you from graduating then? We have graduated
projects that aren't very active, but have gotten releases out.

Well, you guys do have to do your board report in a few days. :-)
Hi John,
I just edit https://wiki.apache.org/incubator/February2014.
I fixed a minor typo and signed off on the report.

This is your friendly neighborhood shepherd here.
I wanted to reach out as a reminder about your board report. A
couple
of things I've noticed:
- No activity since last report.
- No activity since report prior.
Back in May, ant reached out to see how you guys were doing. Have you
tried reaching out for some additional mentors? I too was surprised
by how long you've been in the incubator (5+ years is quite some
time).
Your observation are all correct and thanks for being our shepherd
this
period.
If we do not get more activity during next period
we may consider retiring the project to the attic - not sure
whether we would go there.

John, thanks for checking in. As Thorsten states, your observations are
correct.
Going to the attic would suck. It's a solid code base, it's just one of
those things that doesn't necessarily need to change much.
