You can look at https://gitlab.com/linagora/petals-cockpit/blob/master/cockpit/pom.xml (for copying the resources in the classpath) and https://gitlab.com/linagora/petals-cockpit/blob/master/cockpit/src/main/java/org/ow2/petals/cockpit/PetalsCockpitApplication.java (for configuring dropwizard).
