Hey @Leonardo Contreras Alfonso, thanks for your feedback! Would you mind sharing your take on docker configuration for Dropwizard? (only the non-sensitive part, of course)
Anything people should be wary of? E.g I've heard that with Java 8 and Docker there is an issue with Java not fully utilizing server memory (later version, I think 9 or 10 were adapted to be compatible with Docker in this sense). Any other takers? :) I for one am using Dropwizard in development only (for now). I serve the uber jar as Linux service (service/systemctl) on Ubuntu. Also investigating other options :) Regards On Monday, January 28, 2019 at 7:43:35 PM UTC+1, Leonardo Contreras Alfonso wrote: > > Ive used DW in two companies, both deploy an uber jar inside a docker > container. > > On Sun, Jan 27, 2019 at 1:24 PM Radomir Djurdjevic <[email protected] > <javascript:>> wrote: > >> Hi everyone, >> >> I've scoured the docs hoping to find a section in the manual dedicated to >> deployment, unfortunately I haven't found much.
