Thank you for your response. I have tried the following approaches:
1. Assigned the *Admin role* to the admin account and the *Submitter role* to the user account, and removed all other roles. (This gives a submission error.) 2. Assigned the *Admin role* to the admin account and the *Submitter role* to the user account, and also assigned *Reviewer*, *Editor*, and *Final Editor* roles to the admin account. (In this case, submission is successful, but the admin account does not show the *Approve/Disapprove* button.) Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?
