Hi Alan, Thanks for this prod - a few of us have been discussing this very thing. I think we're agreed that it's been so long, that we shouldn't tarry with a 6.4 release (sometimes release planning announcements lead to a bit of scope creep where the waiting list gets longer), but at the same time, it's been a long time since the last 6.x merge, as well, and there are a lot of quick win PRs waiting to be merged in so I'm going to try and spend the next few weeks catching up with the backlog and will send out a planning announcement soon, so people can give important PRs a shoutout. We'll look to do the next 4.x and 5.x releases, too.
There's a WIP wiki page at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/DSpace+6.4+Release+Status with some JIRA filters and notes, and we can put other progress updates, track progress of PRs there too Also, today's discussion in #dev (Slack) might be useful to look at.
