Make a backup of the config dir on Ant update

Following the suggestion of Mark Diggory, I have added an ant task for
automatically backup the config dir on "Ant update".
At the moment, this task will only backup the config dir but not run again the
init_configs. Could be useful re-run automatically the init_configs?
