Deposits using SWORD take a long time because the deposited package is copied
byte by byte. By using a buffer, this is sped up. Rough testing shows a
decrease from about 40 seconds to copy a 10MB PDF to less than 1 second.
This patch also fixes tabs in the DepositServlet so looks bigger than it is.
It also changes the depositing of METS documents to enter a workflow with the
notify option turned on.
