When using the exporter, if you select the 'migrate' option, it will strip out
most dates and the handle etc.
dc.date.issued is kept if it is different to dc.date.accessioned.
However, the exporter tries to compare *.date.issued with *.date.accessioned.
If other metadata schemas do not include date.issued and date.accessioned, an
NPE is thrown.
