RSS / ATOM Feeds should have authors specified

RSS / ATOM Feeds for both the JSPUI and the XMLUI do not have Authors listed.
We likely should be specifying the first author in the following RSS/ATOM tags:
RSS 1.0, 2.0
<dc:creator>Author Name</dc:creator>
ATOM 1.0
<author><name>Author Name</name></author>
In addition, there probably should be a configuration in 'dspace.cfg' which
allows one to configure which metadata field should be used to fill out this
author information. Something similar to:
webui.feed.item.author = dc.contributor.author
I wanted to log this here in case anyone has a chance to work on fixing it in
the near future.
