I was able to run mvn package successfully from the command line. I have been
using Eclipse since I started working on dspace at MIT (last October), but that
was using a 1.5.3 snapshot. I do have a batch script to package and deploy
changes; I can use that instead of Eclipse for packaging, or I will switch to
NetBeans.

What I don't understand is that there are no stacktraces in the Console until
the Assembly and Configuration step. Otherwise, I see references throughout the
build to the ReflectUtils that do not return stacktraces.
